Would like to say a massive thank you to Andy. Knew Andy prior to PureLifestyle; a 6 week educational course on weight loss, creating healthy and manageable habits and exercise ideas to help you reach your personal goals. Andy has gone above and beyond and added that extra care and attention to myself and the other clients on this course. Not only does he personally and consistently check in on your progress, but he motivates you to achieve your goals by providing concrete advice and actually listening and supporting his clients. I found the course personally a wee bit basic but this didnt stop me from coming to all the sessions to have a chit chat with the members and catch up with Andy to receive my weekly motivation and counselling session :)! Been recommended Andy by the other gym members and hes lived up to all the expectations. If youre looking for a genuine, supportive, funny, motivational and enthusiastic support to guide you to achieving your goals and confidence, Andy is more than your man

He gave me the confidence to workout in the gym after a knee injury stopped me running. Professional, patient and encouraging. If you're new to the gym and looking for a PT I can't rate Andy highly enough!

Started going to Andy's Saturday morning classes and now doing PT once a week. Andy is a really good trainer his workouts are varied and he works on technique as well as pushing you to try new things. The PT sessions are fun whilst also a really good workout. He also checks in regularly to make sure you're on track and is available to answer questions outside of sessions. Honestly can't recommend him enough and look forward to continuing to train with him in the new year.

Andy is a brilliant trainer, always helping me get the most out of my workouts and supporting my efforts to overcome my own personal barriers to fitness. He puts a great deal of thought into my training each week to complement my running and cycling performance outside the gym but is also a great laugh and knows how to challenge me so that I come out of our sessions feeling epic. Would definitely recommend to anyone who struggles with motivation or sticking to your goals. I have lost over a stone in six weeks from having Andy overseeing my diet and weight training and giving me the encouragement I need to do myself proud. Having a tough day doesn't mean disaster anymore, I know Andy will keep me on track.
