I have been working with Paddy for just under 6 months now. I have always been active but when I met Paddy I was a complete novice to the gym and weights. The most I had confidence to do in the gym was run on the treadmill. It was easy to feel overwhelmed by the gym and I was unsure on how to help myself feel great. Enter Paddy! What I enjoy the most about working with Paddy is how comfortable he is with the environment and its clear that Paddys knowledge of the human body and how to best influence this is vast. Paddy is very able to adapt to your pace and will happily focus on your needs, no matter how quickly these change. Paddys adaptable nature is second only to his friendly, easy going and helpful demeanour. Life before I started training with Paddy was genuinely quite tricky when considering my health and fitness. I had a period of bad health during which I felt like I had tried everything to change. I changed my diet, changed my routine and tried to decrease stress in my life which did help. Despite this I was still left feeling like life was different from when I was in full health. Working with a PT was probably the last thing I wanted to do but the one thing I hadnt tried. Little did I know I shouldnt have resisted for so long. I am now getting to a point where I feel like I did before becoming unwell which honestly is the best feeling. After the period of being unwell I recognise how great it is to feel well and good in your own body. If youre on the fence about working with Paddy Im really not sure why. If youre thinking this could help make my life better but Im not sure. Give Paddy the benefit of the doubt because I feel secure in saying you wont be disappointed, just go for it! Just trust in the knowledge he has and he wont let you down. You could be starting on a really exciting journey towards better health and feeling great

After not going near a gym for 15 years, Paddy has given me the confidence to believe in myself and take the steps I need to start my journey back to fitness. Paddy is an exceptional trainer with years of experience behind him who invests a huge amount of effort in each of his clients. As an older client (56), I assumed I wouldn't be of any interest to a trainer, but the opposite has been true; every session with him is tailored to fit individual needs and I feel I've accomplished a great deal in the time I've been working with him. He takes a great interest in all his clients, even organising group social and gym sessions, which really creates a sense of community amongst us! I sat on the fence for years trying to find the confidence to start with a trainer - my only regret is that I didn't find Paddy earlier - he's one in a million.

Paddy is a trainer who gives you his full attention at all times. He makes exercising fun. He is so encouraging, listens and knows when to push. I would never have got to this level of fitness and strength in the gym on my own as I get closer to my seventies.

Paddy is a 10/10 PT. I have met and worked with a few personal trainers on one off sessions in the past and none of them compare to Paddy's friendliness, passion, and knowledge. I cannot recommend him enough. I wanted to significantly improve my form on the big 3 lifts as I was not making decent progress. Finding and working with Paddy has not just helped me achieve that, but I've also gained more strength with him in 4 months than I did in years of training by myself. Join the team, it'll be the best thing you can do for your health.

I thoroughly enjoy training with Paddy - as well as being insanely knowledgeable, he is so passionate about what he does and getting the best from his clients. He genuinely cares about his clients as individuals - getting to know the whole person and working out programmes that will be effective and enjoyable but also caring about their well-being outside of the gym. I've really appreciated the flexibility of what he offers (one-to-one, or small group training) and it has meant that I've stuck at training far longer than I have in the past and am still enjoying it as much as I did at the start. And his chat is top-notch!
