        Been going to BBA since January this year and can honestly say this is the most encouraging, safe space to enjoy working out! No matter what your capability, all the women and coaches are so encouraging!

        Been going to Amy's classes since the beginning of the year and can't recommend them enough. Super welcoming and knowledgeable coaches, the classes aren't intimidating when you're just starting out and you leave each class knackered but buzzing!
