I have been training with Dean for around 12 months now. He is a very patient and knowledgeable trainer and has worked with me to build a nutrition plan and training programme that is adaptable to whether I want to lose fat or build muscle. Dean listened to my goals and he has guided and encouraged me every step of the way. I can honestly say this is the strongest and fittest I have ever been. Started with Dean doing a weights and nutrition boot camp in April 2018 which in a 8 weeks allowed me to shed approx. 10lbs... I then started sessions with Dean twice a week and he created a personal nutrition plane and started weight training... since then we have continued to work on goals which changed from getting lean and down to 16% body fat to now building muscle. Unfortunately due to medical reason I had slow down the training and then take 6 weeks off after surgery... during that down time with the nutrition plan I maintained my current weight and I am now ready to start training again and get back to building muscle albeit slowly to start with to make sure there are no further medical issues but Dean has adjusted the training accordingly to meet my requirements. Overall Dean is not just a PT he is a coach that will guide you through the hard stuff and easy stuff in a way you understand and enjoy.

I have been working with Dean for about 6 months now and can honestly say Im overjoyed with my results. With the proper guidance Im learning to do things I never thought I would be doing. Ive learned how to manage my nutrition and how to lift weights properly and many other things . Dean has a very professional and friendly manner and I would recommend him to all my friends.

Amazing results. I have not only smashed my weight and fitness goals,but more importantly I have noticed an improvement in my mood and sleep pattern, and under Dean's supervision my technique has improved massively which has seen my longstanding hip and knee issues disappear (I previously spent a fortune on physio, chiropractor and oesteopaths with limited return). Always available for advice and support, can't recommend highly enough.
