Chris Buntin is a top personal trainer!! He is always a massive support in and out of the gym. He will always give you a hand if hes has a minute and most importantly hes doesnt not give up on his clients!!! As a client of chris myself ive had a few wobbles but he always has the correct way of kicking my butt back into gear to reach my goals!!

I have been training with Chris for nearly 9 months now. His different mixed of training and advice has helped me improve my fitness 10 fold just with in the first few weeks/month. I am eating better just out of habit now because of him. every week even after set backs like an ankle injury (I got at work) or too many nights out one after another he has gotten me right back on track with in a week and has constantly adapted my work outs to suit any problems or issue I am having while still challenging me to push for more. Highly recommend to help get you on the right path to shaping up and keeping you on it.

I started training with Chris over a year ago. He's a genuinely good guy that is doing what he loves. Chris always gives of his best and will pushed me when I need it. That's the beauty of having a PT that knows what you're capable of. I love to run and Chris tailor makes my workouts to complement this and keep me strong. Keep doing what you do best Chris

Chris has been amazing and has helped me lose weight and gain muscle and fitness in such a short space of time! His prices are amazing for the quality you get and he time he spends with you but also helping you when your not in session such as keeping up with you and checking how your doing!

Ive been training with Chris for close to a year and wow where do I start.I know Chris from school so already had relations with him personally but now on a professional level. I started my weightloss journey in about February last year when in weighed in at 20st 6 pounds. From the off chris was by my side he made me feel comfortable abd never judged me once as at first I was apprehensive Ive been to the gym before and never kept it after a few weeks but with Chris Im still going and training with him a year later so he must be doing something right.Since loosing 5 stone with Chris he has been there every step of the way with constantly doing measurements , progresss pictures , designing macros to my goals, weekly checks ins. Before training Chris is big on getting the body warmed up ie if were doing upper body he will use the stretch bands to warm up the rotator cuffs. A lot of pt sell you the world and its all about getting the money what you see is what you get with Chris he is very high on his customer service and really cares abouts his clients.Would definetly recommend you cant go wrong.!
