Not a reliable company. Director David Shanks difficult to contact, then when contacted is abusive and dismissive. They do not know what SUDS (sustainable urban drainage system) is. "Supervisors" simply go round doors selling jobs and then when job proves to be substandard he denies his company done the job. "Office" in Byres Rd is a mailbox, no one works there, you can't go talk to them. My job has: No straight lines where there should be straight lines. Edging has fallen apart as it was totally inadequate when installed. "Edging is a block on edge" Drive and parking have huge puddles after rain. They messed up my existing drains and this will cost 2k to dig out and fix. All my communication during and after the job was done through their company email address and telephone number but still they deny they did my job, saying "Bill Morgan was just filling in for someone and did it private". Read the "good reviews" see who wrote them, and what they say. are they real?

Would not recommend this company as they did not finish the step to my front door correctly. They left me with a step that did not meet building control standards as it was too big a step up to my front door. When I queried this was told it did and would cost another 350 to do another step. They are meant to be the experts and this should have been considered when it was priced. I have since had to put a temporary step up to my front door. Attempts to contact this business and return have been unsuccessful. Initially I was told they would come out when back in the area and then ignored.
