Amazing sports Massage, the venue is a lil hard to find so give yourself a couple of mins to find it. Chris was amazing sat us down for a consultation then got us in for the massage and I feel so good and loose afterwards would defos recommend and I will be back for another amazing session

Bad experience, bad customer service, cheeky and arrogant, can see from other reviews below i'm not the only one who has had this issue with Chris. Probably provide a snarky excuse back to this as he has done with others, instead of correcting his behaviour. Received voucher, voucher expires middle of April, first tried contacting to book start of February believing this would be loads of time over 2 months for an appt, or if not the voucher would be honoured anyway. Called several times, no answer, sent email to website, no response, calender on site fully booked. Got to April and decided to book 1st avail appt which was July. Receive phone call (finally) from Chris to be met with "you know common sense would have you book the appt soon after receiving the voucher" when i told him ive been trying to book for over 2 months his response was you just book online im extremely busy. Too busy to not respond to your email for over 2 months? Are you massaging people 24 hours a day? Behave yourself. He obviously had a bee in his bonnet as he said other customers have been leaving vouchers to last minute, however if hes unreachable and website doesnt take bookings i dont know what he expects from people. If he cant honour bookings in the timeframe groupon sell them for then he should just withdraw his company from the offer. Not rocket science. He did say send me your voucher and ill try and sort something with groupon as i dont want to lose an hours pay. Normal person would just phone the customer and apologise for the issues theyre having booking appointments, and getting in touch. Just a poor attitude displayed from the start. Would rather lose the money than spend an hour with him, clearly thinks he's doing no wrong. I only provide honest reviews and bad ones if deserved, i've had businneses of my own and know bad reviews can hurt and sometimes the customer can be the issue, however this is plain for all to see the issue is with the business owner and his attitude who doesn't respond to missed calls or emails until it becomes an issue.

Chris is the enemy of scar tissue. He is very good at what he's doing and handled my injured leg like a pro.
