        Well what can i say, once again Frank managed to unblock my tear ducts with great service from start to finish and he talks you all the way through the process and makes you feel very comfortable thoughtout the process.

        Very rude staff, so moody and wasn't helpful at all. They never smile and when I was asking some questions to the receptionist, I felt like she was ignoring me and was forcing herself to talk to me. Not the first time this has happened and this spoiled my whole day. They should be more professional and pleasant and stop being so arrogant.

        The rudest manager/receptionist I've had the misfortune to meet. During an unnecessary debacle which ensued whilst I was helping out a housebound neighbour (unhappy with her new glasses), this employee had the gall to announce, on answering the phone - hold on I'm fighting with a patient.
