I had an eye test on the 5/12/22 and the staff were superb. Upon entering the shop I was made to feel welcome. My test was conducted by Rosie Anne O'Reilly and she was extremely professional and talked me through every aspect of the test. I would certainly recommend Fforde Opticians to everyone. Well done

Recently called to arrange an appointment for an eye problem. After taking some details was called back and attended less than hour later. Given medication after an eye exam and attended again 4 days later for a thorough eye check. Received excellent attention from the initial phone call to the eye examinations. Cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and care. Would highly recommend this Opticians as staff very friendly and helpful.
