        The staff were extremely friendly and knew exactly what I wanted fashion wise regarding my sunglasses. I received an extremely thorough eye examination from Miss McElvanney and although I did not require spectacles, she assured me about my eye health.

        After making a mistake when giving me an eye test my new glasses were far too powerful and I cant use them so another eye test was required and new lenses made. This time they werent strong enough and I cant read with them. My 10 year old glasses are better so Im using those. After four visits I gave up. 400 down the drain and being on benefits now I cant afford to go anywhere else to have new glasses made. This is not a competent optometrist.
