        Requested a simple task on behalf of my mother but Shettleston Eyecare are not interested in helping. I was fobbed me off and ultimately hung up on by the "opticians assistant". Called back but she elected not to take my call. Unprofessional, discourteous, callous and shocking way to deal with a customer who has been attending this opticians for years and they know to be frail and elderly. Won't be back and will complain via nhs inform instead.
