Never had a problem with Neil his wife or staff all great and service was that of a family run business. Being going to Neil for about 20-30yrs now .

I went here 26/ 08 /22 and picked up glasses they weren't the right ones and when saying they weren't the right ones they weren't interested whatsoever and treated it like it was my fault just because if my age so I refused to take them and I advise nobody come here for glasses, would leave it to the professionals! I'll be taking matters further, not happy.
