Value Specs Opticians

We have visited this value specs a few times now for my son and I highly recommend them!. The lovely lady who deals with the phones and appointments was absolutely down to earth very welcoming and kind. Nick was great with my mischief 4 year old who usually is very shy and overwhelmed around others but Nick was great and he knew exactly how to handle a toddler! Thank you

Very welcoming and helpful staff, i called the same day and I was able to get an appointment for my eye check. The ophthalmologist took his time during the visit and they gave me plenty of advices and informations. I would really recommend their services.

Arrived at Value Specs today in the hope of advice as I was having a serious issue with my eye. The door was locked and I had to knock the door to drag the assistant's eyes away from her phone, then clearly looking annoyed at being disturbed she eventually opened the door...I asked if someone could help me and look at my eye, without even finishing what I was saying she shouted over me that there was nobody in to do that and that they only have an optician in on Tuesday. It boggles my mind what this woman does on her phone to keep her occupied all week when they have the door locked. Even if the girl was helpful and even suggested me to go somewhere else, but nothing, no inquiries about what was wrong...I clearly interrupted her and her displeasure was noted. I went to Asda opticians after this and received excellent care and attention for a suspected detached retina. If you want good care go there.
