My vehicle was damaged by one of the staff- reversed with the driver door open- they refused to admit it- now having to sue them. Do NOT take your vehicle here they cannot even drive. They also put tyres on it that were cheaper than those I had paid for. Scam? They do not deserve any business- they were rude and intimidating when I complained

I booked x4 new tyres for today, 5/10 at the Partick branch. This was at a cost of approx 350. I arrived early, at 8:35am and asked if I could be taken early if possible. Absolutely no chance, your time is your time in here was the reply. This wasnt an issue, apart from the persons tone which was very abrupt (he has an audience of 3-4 other staff members) which left me annoyed. I then left and returned at 10:25am. My car was parked directly across from the garage. I entered and was asked to place my car in the Carpark and hand in the keys, the guy spoke to me like I was 5 years old, however I did what he asked. After a few minutes wait, I was then asked are you waiting for it or? To which I obviously replied yes. I was then told itll be atleast 1.5hrs, maybe longer so I better be prepared for a long wait. I then advised I didnt have time to wait, why was this not mentioned 2 hours earlier??? I asked to cancel and the key was handed to me. I had to then ask how I get my refund and was told its already done. I knew this garage didnt have the best reviews online but gave it the benefit of the doubt as I work in the area. Im sure theres CCTV so feel free to check to confirm the above is true. Ill be posting the above experience on trust pilot too, your staff either need training on some very basic customer service or they need to cheers themselves up and learn how to speak to people. Please dont respond with contact us at to discuss - I already have. Likely wasting my time as you clearly havent taken any action judging by the previous reviews.
