Bad experience my daughter hated it, and loves the new nursery she goes to now (or she's had a personality change in a matter of three days). Too corporate and not flexible at all to be in this business tbh. Next to none fun activities with the kids, no messy play everytime I went to pick her up, even an hour early at times she would be sat on her own or sleeping (once she slept for two hours out of five and girls didn't bother to wake her up, less work for them I suppose), kids wandering around and girls talking amongst themselves. I thought that's how nurseries are I guess, she's my first. But I was so so wrong no she comes home laughing and dancing shows me her drawings paintings etc she's done that day brings stuff home (bracelets made of pasta, fathers day card) etc. In the four months that she was in at enchanted forest she never once brought a sheet of anything home, not a straw on mothers day. I was told they make a file of all her work and will be given it end of year!, when we took her out I asked for anything she's done, and nothing! they had nothing to give me not a single piece of paper. That should tell you a lot about them. She came home twice with a dried dirty nappy, when I was going in to make a complaint another mother was sat in the office complaining about the same issue, she was in tears. There are better nurseries around who have been in business for years and more experienced than them. Imo stay away! Reply to enchanted's post! Are you guys talking about the time I was in hospital and I needed support looking after my LO and I called your staff from hospital asking for a week off unpaid, and they very unapologetically denied it and only agreed once we threatened to take my LO out of the nursery! Thanks for reminding of that traumatic time and discussing such information online! *thumbs up*. Extended members of family only came to pick her up once I was hospitalised. And let me tell you it's not a common practice to be this rigid and corporate Her new nursery ""Clever Clogs"" was so understanding of our needs, and my daughter's. They gave her extra personal attention knowing what she was going through with a preemie addition to our family. She loved it from day one. If your staff understood her needs so well why did she cry every single day!!
