On Sunday i qualified in training with Omg Salon 1-2-1 training for Beginner Acrylic course with the owner Gemma. The experience from Start to finish was amazing I felt I gained so much knowledge from the theory & structured training throughout my full day with Gemma. The support I had from theory to practical side was top standards. Gemma is a lovely girl who goes out her way to help you even when leaving training . I now feel more confident for my nail career future & feel it was best decision Ive ever made. This course was a up skill as I previously trained else where did Biab nails which I felt a 1-2-1 was what I needed to add and gain more knowledge to offer my existing clientele . i had BAIB here today. yesterday I booked in advance. when I booked i made it clear that i have 3 nails with acrylic on them, the rest are clean and i want to do BIAB. they took 10 pounds from my account to insure the booking. I went there, she removed the 3 Acrylic finger that i had. she put on the BIAB. she charged me 42 !. i said that i already paid 10 in advance so why charging me 42! she said she already took that off, so in total it is 52 to get a plain BIAB! the price list says 33, even if i had 3 fingers on short Acrylic and you took them off, you dont charge me that much! And without telling me in advance. when I booked in I didnt booked for Acrylic I said BAIB and I said i have 3 fingers with acrylic if you can remove it, she said yes! . will never come again, thats literally fraud. If i can review you zero i would.

I was really looking forward to trying this place as a few of my friends had recommended it. Getting nails done is such a sweet little luxury nowadays! Unfortunately the whole experience was overshadowed immediately when filing off the old colour off the first finger, as the nail tech cut right across my cuticle which resulted in my pinkie bleeding quite a lot. I found the whole process quite rough, and a few of my other fingers got nicked along the way as well - never had an experience like this in any other place. The colour application and design were nice though, but didnt outweigh the stressed tension I had to sit through initially. I have a big regret of paying the full price, I should have asked a reduction considering the circumstances - lesson learned for next time if anything like that were to happen again

Gemma has been doing my nails for many years and shows a very professional attitude as well as offering a fantastic service. Definitely recommend!!
