I recently started getting my nails done at this place and have been cut twice! Once the guys hand slipped and the bottom part of my finger was cut and bled. Second time my little finger was cut as he trimmed the nail bed using the electrical trimmer. I have been getting my nails done for several years now from different places. This is by far the worst experience I ever had! Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone!

Was treated pretty badly by my nail tech who kept shouting at me because i couldnt bend my hands certain ways. At one point he filed my nail bed using the electric file which is dangerous! And ofcourse this hit my finger amd cut me instantly. Nails were extremely wonky and disgusting. Considering i paid 28 id expect better. Wont be back.

A regrettable and horrifying walk in appointment for acrylic extensions with gel polish. Read the other reviews as I should have done. I should have walked out when the Nail tech cut my cuticles three times during filing. I was bleeding and no antiseptic was offered. Used the same bloody tissue to clean an edge of a nail. All the tools and surfaces are not cleaned between clients - remember I bled so how many other clients have been cut with those same tools Hepatitis B risk!!. Nail tech does not wash his hands between clients. Acrylic application was uneven and shaped badly. Had to ask twice for the correct colour to be used. They need to close or do some serious re-training. I do not understand how this remains open for this poor work and service. I had to get the colour completely redone at Juli's next door and advised the staff. Services: Acrylic nails, Nail extensions, Gel manicures
