ask the girls to fix 1 single nail as I thought it wasn't secure enough after getting them done 4 days ago. . I got nothing but abuse asking me why I go and not just do my nails myself.
The girl was extremely rude. I couldn't believe my ears. AlI was asking was for the removal of a single nail and redone. I asked for the managers details and was told I couldn't get a number to call.
I will be looking to make an official complaint with the centre as the customer service is really shocking and no respect for their clients. Service: Acrylic nails
