V I P Nails

So, they are on holiday and get staff from the Shettleston shop in ( which btw has dreadful reviews) had my nails done twice by the Shettleston people and twice had to ask her to take skin off around my nails and also for oil on at the end? I SHOULDNT need to!!Also nails chipped and they dont do that when regular guys do them. never asked how much I wanted cut off nails too? Ended up too short! Asked for new treatment card ( you get 5 off after so many stamps) she gave me it for the Shettleston shop although I got my nails done Im Tollcross!! Absolute chancers!

Was absolutely shocked by the service. I can get that they are busy but they didnt listen to what we wanted and just wanted to rush us out! We wanted our acrylics took off and were surprised they never filed our nails down. They were left sharp and uneven looking. They never added anything like cuticle oil or nail hardener either. The owner spent alot of time on the phone talking about bills which wasnt professional as she was quite angry on the phone and left a lot of people uncomfortable. The staff were too harsh. Rushed us. My girlfriend got nail polish on her natural nails and it was left bubbly uneven. Wont be going back. Service: Manicure
