Affordable Autos

After a few weeks of browsing Autotrader and Gumtree decided to have a look at local dealers, and good thing we did. Just shook the virtual hand on a lovely wee C30 Volvo after a very nice viewing and test drive. Jamie was very helpful with information, advice and gave us all the space needed when inspecting the car. Overall great experience and will come with updates once we pick up the car. Update: 1 week later we took the car home with a fresh 1year MOT, serviced and valeted.

From the off Jamie made us feel comfortable no pressure and honest about a couple of issues but fitted new diff, rear disc's and pads and auto electrician to find broken wire on parking sensors. Car was in exceptional condition for age and milage, excellent service history and I've had no problems with car Landrover Freelander 2 2.2td4 2010 purchased 2nd July

I was surprised at the good reviews I saw for this garage online, as my personal experience was very different. I would not recommend anyone buy a car there. I came in to have a look at the car, did a test drive, was happy to proceed with the purchase, however that's when all the red flags came in. The car was not actually ready to be sold, it was missing paperwork and the seller was very pushy. As a first time buyer, I was very disappointed, because the seller also didn't seem to know much about the car (not just the history, but even general mechanics for the model), did not seem to be interested in providing decent customer service and even when we agreed to keep the sell on hold until the issues are sorted, I never got a callback, which only made the experience even more sour. I believe a dodged a bullet though!
