Bricks and Mortar Mortgages

Jonathan and Amy were exceptionally helpful in arranging 2 mortgages and renewing one. This was all for the same house purchase. We were met with a multitude of challenges related to buyers pulling out and the Kwasi Kwarteng mini budget fiasco and ongoing delays but Jonathan was responsive and helpful throughout. Not all of the mainstream lenders were interested in our house but Jonathan managed to find us options. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Catherine has taken us through the mortgage process for our first home and has been brilliant. The process has been smooth and she's always been on the other end of the phone to answer our questions (there have been many). We were in the middle of a lengthy mortgage application process with our bank when the current craziness around escalating interest rates and banks withdrawing offers left right and centre begun. We thought pop in to that local broker around the corner from where we stayed to see if we could get an offer a little quicker. It took maybe 3 hours with us providing all our details and documents to us receiving the offer in principle and another two hours to get our application in and a deal fixed - that same evening. Given how quickly rates were rising at that time we were absolutely over the moon with what Jonathan and his team have done for us. The process with our high street bank was the complete opposite. Two weeks later we had our formal offer in the inbox. We would highly recommend Bricks and Mortar for anyone looking for a quick and easy mortgage. But if you are looking for a more 'upmarket' service, this is it too. Buying a house is hugely stressful. More so in September 2022. Bricks and Mortar take the stress out of the financing part of it completely. We are very happy customers.

Jonathan is great. He keeps you up to date with everything he is doing and is very honest. He even adjusted his fee for me given that it was a straightforward procedure. Would highly recommend.
