Being a first time buyer, the prospect of getting my own mortgage was very daunting and I felt so naive about everything. However, with Ross knowledge, contacts and approachable manner it made the whole process so much easier and less stressful for me. I had so many questions - ones that I maybe thought were daft ! But Ross made it clear no question is a daft question and answered them thoroughly and clearly. Highly recommend to anyone buying a house - particularly first time buyers!

Absolutely fantastic! Ross was brilliant right from the start. Being a first time buyer he explained the process and all the mortgage details very clearly, covering all the buzzwords so I fully understood which was really helpful! Highly recommended, Ross made the process smooth and easy. Not only helped me remortgage the house but also sorted my other rental property and saved us alot of monthly payment. Both me and my partner working till late evenings and Ross was always finding time to answer any question.
