Ridiculous People..!! Accessories work when u leave the shop; and in a day or two the accessories stop to function.. Also took a iPhone from the shop which was locked.. They took the money to unlock the phone; but did not unlock it.. when you try to call them they will ignore ur calls n will not give proper response.. Don't buy anything from this useless shop..

ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! When searching I-Mobile online, one of the first things that came up was a police raid regarding sale of dodgy, second hand products and it all made sense. I broke my Sony Xperia Z3 screen and was passing this shop. They quoted 70 which is competitive for the fix required. They told me same time next day so i came back to be told another day. When I received the phone, I realised the memory card was missing so I had to go back. I was told to come back the next day to get it. The glass was a knock off and not OEM part meaning that the glass was not even clear. It essentially rendered the brightness option obsolete and obscuring colours in any photograph. If I tried to phone someone the phone would cut off and go black meaning that I could not hang up unless I switched the phone off - resulting in a lot of embarrassing voicemails. The staff said they would fix it with absolutely no apologies. I had to come back again... the problem was fixed...for an hour. The glass was still non OEM and the particularly unhelpful staff suggested no alternative. Basically sent me on my way and said 'ah well'. No compensation, refund, nothing! Absolutely shocking service and quality of their workshop is worrying (they admitted their workshop was peoples kitchens as they couldn't afford rent - fills you with confidence huh?). I would adise everyone and anyone to avoid this shop at all costs. I have recently been told they have moved across the street so don't be fooled they are still the same owners! Very very dodgy, unreliable, unhelpful wastes of space.
