I came in looking to get laminated flooring put down for my new flat. The two men employed in the store kept looking me up and down as if more interested in my attire than making an actual business transaction. I was then rudely made to wait several minutes as the two kept exchanging dirty looks with each other. They both kept whispering, sniggering and occasionally turning around to look at me like a pair of children in the playground. I was finally approached once the young apprentice left. I gave some the salesman some rough estimates, seeking a cheap to moderate price range but was instead given a quote in the thousands for a small one bedroom flat. I walked out. The experience was not great at all. There are much cheaper alternatives out there, no fashion police and no playground antics.

Highly recommend Victoria Road Carpets! This is the second time we've purchased carpets from VRC. David is so knowledgeable about all types of carpets and helped us pick one that was perfect for us. The delivery and fitting was quick, and we are delighted with the end result. We won't go anywhere else in future. Thanks again!
