Did the women's self defence course with SKMS and couldn't have asked for a better experience :) all the tutors are great and extremely understanding and dedicated. Really grateful for all their time! Thank you

Just finished my first class for beginners (women only). Instructors (one female, one male) were both fantastic and made the class relaxed and welcoming. Whole spectrum of ages and fitness levels taking part. I'm on the plus side of 50 with a medical issue affecting my balance. I managed the full class. Feel tired but better. Cannot wait until next week.

Excellent class. Robert & Barbara are completely profesional in what they do, and in their teaching methods. Just the right balance of fun & laughter whilst always dealing sensitively with an important and difficult subject. The classes are well structured and even though the group is fairly large, we have ample time to practice techniques and are always given good, individual feedback & tips from both instructors. Would have no hesitation in recommending SKMS - looking forward to the next class already!!

Great group of people, very friendly and very welcoming to me as a newcomer. The instructor is good at explaining things and demonstrating; while giving equal attention to the full class. The more experienced members of the class are very good at showing me techniques and helping me to improve also. On top of all that its a great work out. Very much looking forward to continuing my Krav Maga journey with Scottish Krav Maga Systems.
