Met a lady called steph a few days ago who works there. She Was very over the top and wasnt very helpful at all. Kept trying to hard to try and sell me products and every time i had a question she just gave the same answer and never getting a proper response. Felt bad for the other staff there

My husband called ahead to get 2 watches in for me to choose from. Once they arrived we got a call straight away to let us know they had arrived. The next day we popped in and Steph delt with us. She could not have been nicer!! She made the whole experience so much more enjoyable and her bubbly personality was infectious. We left the store with a lovely 15th year anniversary gift and a smile on our faces.

Went in today to look at rings after being in every jewellery shop in the Argyll Arcade. When we went in we were greeted by a lady called Jean. We explained what we were looking for and Jean gave us good information and helped us chose the best items. We never once felt pressured, Jean was so polite and I could have listened to her all day, she was such a calming and helpful lady, even though we were stressed from shopping, she made the experience so good. We were delighted with our our purchases and the prices, thanks Jean, you made our day
