I bought my fianc's engagement ring from here last year. All of the rings in the store were beautiful but they just werent right for my fisnce. Devlin helped me peice together a new ring that ended up being perfect! Ended up being the perfect ring In her opinion too. The ring was ordered 8 days before the big day and I was able to pick it up with 4 days to spare! Massive thanks to devlin as he helped ease a lot of stress from failing at other jewelery shops. She said yes and absolutely loved the ring!

Got amazing service at the Diamond Heaven Glasgow. I was looking for quite a specific ring in a very short time span. Calli, the queen of gemstones, was amazing. She listened so well and after a few questions she knew exactly what I was looking for. She sourced a stone to make a bespoke ring for me and I couldnt be happier. I came in wanting an emerald and I left with a beautiful dark green tsavorite trilogy ring as she knew exactly what I would like and needed for a better daily wear. She has shown such interest in our story and kept me posted about everything via WhatsApp. Very personal approach, but also a lot of knowledge .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JEWELLERS Purchased Chanel set eternity ring at 2,500 after 1 and 1/2 years 4 diamonds have split where fingers meet. Returned to Diamond Heaven Glasgow store where purchased to be advised will have to be assessed. After 3 weeks chasing up have came back advising accidental customer damage and would have to pay just under 800 to be repaired! I am totally bewildered how they have came to this conclusion. A ring should not collapse due to the finger next to it! As well as have an appointment in store I am seeking legal advice and in contact with the ombudsmen. No company should be able to treat customers this way. Please note had to put one star or would not post. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Just purchased in store with Calli who was extremely helpful and kept me up to date all the time which was great and very good service! Thanks again Calli a pleasure dealing with you:)
