I used this company upon a personal recommendation from a close friend for a central heating system to be installed in my new property. I found them extremely easy to deal with. Replace hot water expansion vessel I am extremely pleased with the service provided. Quote came back within 1 day and availability of Engineers was good. Raymond gave me a call 30 minutes before arriving which was much appreciated. When he arrived, he was courteous and asked if he should take of his shoes. The work was done in a timely manner, and there was no mess. I would highly recommend this company.

Very responsive and professional service and all the people I've talked to from this business have been absolutely pleasant and patient. Had a tech glitch asking for quote via their website initially, but once I followed up directly they were right on the ball - answered emails same day, same hour usually. Really good. Contacted Andy to book in my boiler service and got a slot arranged no bother. Raymond came right when I said I could be home and carried out the service. He was so polite and friendly and everything has hassle free. He explained everything he had done and Andy sent me over the invoice shortly after.
