        I emailed the company directly, asking if they provided samples. Obviously I was happy to pay. I was asked to provide a postal address. Days later I received a set of samples, completely free of charge. THAT'S what I call customer service. Now it's just a case of deciding which to purchase.... My first experience with this company, and it definitely won't be my last.

        Does this company still exist. Wanted to get my dad some posh shaving gear and went to the unit in nitshill, as the Google search said it was open. It was closed, no response on phone or email. This was my last chance to get him his present. 2 hours completely wasted. It takes 2 minutes to say online that you're closed or no longer trading. Very poor customer relations.

        First time ordering from here after my father baught me the Lomond which is outstanding,I baught the splash aftershave Nevis and can honestly say it's beautiful,smells like creed green Irish tweed but this is sublime. awesome job

        I have just placed an order. I am yet to try their products but their customer service has been excellent! Customer service is the heart of any small business and ESC is all aces when it comes to customer service. I am sure the products they sell will also be excellent!
