        Booked a personal shopper appt with assistant Rowan , from start to finish it was a nice experience as Im mother of the bride and I needed dress , jacket hat , shoes and bag , Rowan could not have done enough for me nothing was a bother to her .

        I bought an Arnelle Court shoes size 36 on line last week from the Hobbs Glasgow store as it was no longer available in any stores in London . I would like to say a big thanks to Kaye for her excellent customer support.Thanks also to Avril. You are a good assett to the company!
