I would thoroughly recommend the Diamonds Factory not only for range and quality of jewellery, but also customer service. When I initially ordered a ring it was the wrong size and I emailed on a Friday night (out of office hours) to see if I could resize it. I immediately received a response and my query was sorted over the weekend before Monday. Thanks Jaclyn!

I dont have the right words to express my gratitude to Samantha and the team at Diamonds Factory, who have looked after me with care and patience as I purchased my new ring. I was not at all convinced that buying a diamond ring online was the right thing to do - it is a lot of money to spend on something you have neither seen nor touched - but Samantha guided me all the way, answering my endless emails, sending me photos and information...nothing was too much trouble and it really set me at ease. I found her to be so genuine and helpful, and she allowed me to feel secure in purchasing and paying for a ring I have never even seen! I also was working on a very tight timescale which I thought would be impossible, but somehow the ring has reached me ahead of schedule. Everyone was so accommodating and professional. The ring and diamond itself has exceeded my expectations, it is everything I ever dreamed of and more, and what makes it even more lovely is the overall experience I had purchasing it. I never felt worried or concerned, it was an easy process, and now I have the most magnificent diamond ring on my finger...honestly I have no words! Thank you SO MUCH to you Samantha for you kindness, patience, and help in getting this ring to me, and for the rest of the team who all fulfilled my dream of the perfect diamond ring. I am so happy!
