        I had a great experience at ROX Glasgow. Joanne was a great help through the entire transaction and knew exactly what she was talking about with regards the Hublot watch I was looking to purchase.

        Visited the Glasgow boutique today and the whole experience was very special. Joanne could not have done any more for us - she was professional, attentive, knew her stuff and made us feel so welcome. Delighted with our diamonds and looking forward to wearing them at my birthday celebrations later this month.

        Good Morning, Every time we have been in to the shop for both engagement ring and wedding bands all the staff have been so kind and helpful. This time when we came in for our wedding band we were greeted by Ross who was also so kind and helpful. Previously we had picked out rings with Rhiannon (who was also very helpful) so was a little confusion on the rings we had picked before and was difficult to locate my fianc ring as this ring was to be brought into the store. Once we figured out everything Ross was straight on the case and brought the ring back into the shop so my fianc to try this on. Ross was helpful with sizes of the rings and spoke about what to do next when the rings come into the store.

        10/10 experience in store today buying our wedding bands. The store manager was absolutely amazing with us letting us see all stock we wanted, helped with sizing, styles, general advice and actually built rapport with us as a couple having a good laugh and joke, we dont take life too seriously and to have someone on our level helping us pick our bands made the experience so much more enjoyable and memorable! Hands down I would say this is the most personal service we have ever received out shopping as a couple (so sorry didnt get a name for and really wish I had as he was fantastic). It is not often I leave a place and think wow that service was amazing but here we are, I am blown away!!. Cant wait to come back and buy some more items. Thank you so much again Kirstie & George
