        We waited almost 13 weeks for our leather sofas and when they arrived there were problems with the gliders .However everything was sorted out promptly thanks to Isobel (not sure of the spelling) in Batley. We received a generous refund and cakes from Bettys tearoom.This lady was excellent to deal with and other companies would do well to follow her example.
