We were assisted by the most helpful and charming Jessie Kwok and the store Watch Manager. Great service and the best price for our item purchased. No one else could beat them. Busy little place and tons of variety of quality jewellery and watches. Even though it was busy it was nice to be approached by a lovely sales lady called Jesse, who made me feel like she had all the time in the world for me. We got chatting about watches and different brands they had for sale and being a Breitling man I found myself enjoying viewing the IWC brand available as my next alternative watch purchase. Given how professional, friendly and warm all staff were I won't hesitate using them specifically for my next watch purchase.

Myself and fianc visited the Glasgow store on Saturday and successfully bought our wedding rings after a fantastic experience. Ka Wa helped us pick the perfect rings after describing what we were after. Ka Wa was very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and a great laugh at the same time. Comparing our experiences to surrounding shops, this was outstanding. We cant wait to come back and collect our rings for our big day in July. Thanks again to all the staff and especially Ka Wa for a lovely, memorable experience on a significant day for us. Shout out to Stuart the security guy! He gave us a good laugh.

I was in Laings at the weekend and was served by Jessie, even though the shop was busy Jessie was a superstar providing amazing individualised service. She provided a superb variety of watches to choose between and has provided an unparalleled follow-up service. I will 100% be back due to the service provided by her. 5 star service!! And will ask for her by name on any return visits! You can buy watches anywhere, service like that was priceless!!

Can't thank Heather, James, Emma and the team at Laings for the great customer service and making my wife and I feel very welcome in the boutique. I registered my interest for a timepiece and within months they were able to source what I was looking for. James ran through the history of the watch and was very easy to get on with as we discussed our options. Can't fault them and if you're looking for anything specific jewellery wise they'll be happy to assist. Thanks again!!!
