        Highly recommend, took a free class in November 2021 and never looked back, the professor's & team are very professional disciplined and inclusive, the knowledge I've learned for self defence will be with me for life. It's improved my fitness stamina and confidence and was so out my comfort zone and I Just wish I did it soon. Take the first step, your futures waiting for you.

        I have trained BJJ at a few different gyms since starting 4 years ago and I have never experienced such a welcoming, friendly place for all kinds of people regardless of their ambitions, goals or experience within BJJ.
