J Mccartney Plumbing and Heating

I made an inquiry by phone. I was asked to email them and they'd get back to me in a few days. I've been waiting on a reply back, but they have never ever replied back. So poor customer service.

I recently used Jamie for the replacement of our old conventional boiler with a new combi boiler. Jamie was quick to come out, do a proper inspection and price up the job which we were happy with. As our boiler had broken down Jamie was able to accommodate us and get out quickly to get us back with heat and hot water. Jamie's approach was very professional and he kept me up to date with all the progress. I couldn't recommend Jamie highly enough as he has done a fantastic job for us.

Absolutely seller service and 100% knows what he is doing. It took me 4 different plumbers to come and fix a job, McCartney Plumbing literally fixed it in 30 seconds. Obviously has a great knowledge in this industry. 5 star service. Service: Water heater repair

I used this company for a recent new full central heating installation in a large top floor flat. From the initial quote to commissioning the system, Jamie and his team were professional, punctual, hard working and efficient. Communication was excellent, and the job was completed in 3 days. Jamie returned a few days later to check everything was in order and to sign off the system. I'm delighted with the job, and have no hesitation in recommending Jamie and his Company. I will certainly use them for any future plumbing or heating requirements.
