I have been with HomeInstead 4 months and love working for them. The staff are so supportive, very professional and friendly. I can only work part time at present and the Care coordinators do a great job working around my availability. HomeInstead also have fantastic systems in place providing real time updates to carers to ensure that the needs of our clients are being met and therefore receiving the best and most appropriate care possible within their own home.

Being a part of Home Instead as a Caregiver gives me the opportunity to help and make difference in someone's life. You don't need to have any qualifications to be one, all you need is be kind, compassionate, understanding, have empathy and patience. It's a very flexible job that cares for you and gives you rewards as a job satisfaction. All the Office Staff and Caregivers are very helpful and efficient. I enjoy being a Caregiver and will continue to do this job.
