Just had my new boiler fitted by John,Darren and Gary of Hastings heating who were recommended through a friend. What a job they did. Excellent throughout the whole process. Woke up to no hot water or heating. Major inconvenience, especially with a 5 month old baby in the house. I tried phoning a couple of other local businesses - no answer. Phoned Hastings and John answered within a couple of rings. He gave me a time frame for him coming out and turned up bang on time. He quickly assessed the boiler and diagnosed the problem. Got a part sourced and off he went to get said part. He was back within the hour to fit the part. A proper trustworthy genuine tradesman who knows his stuff. He chatted with me about different boilers as we are looking to upgrade later this year. He really put a alot of care into his work and kept me up to date at all times. The price was very competitive. Cannot recommend highly enough and will be getting in touch with him regarding a new boiler later in the year. Cheers John!
