As well as Bright Care providing care to our mother, your team also became her friends - which is how she always referred to them - and we a very grateful for all the extra steps taken to make her both cared for and happy. It has been a big relief over the last few years to know we could always call upon you for professional and friendly support. We will definitely recommend Brightcare to friends and family (and any acquaintances) whenever the opportunity arises. Bright Care have relatively recently become involved in the day to day care of my father. We had specific concerns that have greatly improved since the carers started attending. The carers themselves are kind and thoughtful - most importantly they have brought back a lot of the fun into my Dad's life. They have also been enormously supportive of me and have been able to provide extra support, often at relatively short notice, when asked to do so. The staff in the office are responsive, accomodating, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to support a family under significant pressure. I am so relieved that the team at Bright are now integral to my father's care. My grateful thanks to everyone.

Brilliant company who offer a very personal approach. I as the daughter of someone who requires care have felt so supported to put care in place and the care that has been put in place is exceptional. The care givers at Bright Care are lovely and my Mum genuinely enjoys the time she spends with them. Above all we trust Bright Care to care for Mum and give her a level of care she would not get else where.

Wonderful place of work! Supported from the start, great training, excellent work-life balance, good length of visits with clients, dedicated carers, office staff always ready to help carers in the field and they always have time for you; really good pay as well
