First of all the whole process of initial call to Helen who was outstanding in dealing with my enquiry and speaking to landlord etc and I was successful in securing a great wee flat for myself and kids. As soon as I entered the viewing I was greeted straight away by Alberto who made me feel so at ease as this was my first flat viewing. He took the time to explain any queries I had in great detail, and pointed out the amazing perks of the property.
