        Sent item back as it was poor quality. Came with no paper work and stunk of fish. Recorded delivery and they still saying they never received item so need to go through royal mail. Absolutely shocking service. Never uses these again. Always coming up with poor excuses not to refund me.

        I attended an appointment at the shop today with my little girl in order to pick her a flower girl dress for my wedding, It was such a beautiful experience for both of us and Pam who helped us was fantastic.
