        I spend a lot of time here and have toned my physique impressively. The classes are great! Gary has been a great help towards me achieving my goals, offering muscle growth classes which also boost cardiovascular health as well as opportunities to stretch and lengthen muscle groups.         This is a good, clean and well-equipped gym, that feels inclusive and supportive of everyone. Regardless of where they are, or wish to go, with their fitness. Lots of the staff also offer PT. I can personally recommend Garry Tao, who introduced me to gym workouts and has kept me motivated to continue doing them for the last two years, adapting seamlessly to my changing goals over that period.

        I have been going to this gym for over 1.5 years now since I moved to Glasgow. Its been great and meets all my needs. Its open 24/7, its quite close to home, always clean and most importantly I have been quite lucky to have been taking PT sessions with Garry who is simply great. Garry has put a comprehensive program for me always working within my needs and limitations. He continues to motivate me even on the days I feel down and dreary (especially in the winter times). He constantly changes around our workouts to keep them dynamic and interesting. Overall I strongly recommend this gym and Garry if youre looking for personal training sessions.

        The gym is great, has all the necessary equipment and plenty of designated areas for various activities, weights, cardio, trx and an area for classes which is spacious enough for personal circuit training. Staff are friendly and welcoming, especially Gary who was very gracious and thoughtful in helping me personally with my inquiries as well as first point of contact for other members. Highly recommend this gym, the area is also convenient and not too far from city centre
