        This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Fraser was so professional and diligent, but also very kind. Great communication and very easy.         Fraser is very nice, friendly and done the job fast and perfect! The guy who always take care of my car said I better find another car because it's not worth to fix/replace the hybrid battery pack, that makes me feel stressful as the used car price is high recently. After I call Fraser, he gave me some advise and answer all my question patiently then gave a perfect time slot, very satisfied with this experience. Fraser also clean all the connector, which I didn't expect. Highly recommend if you got any problem with hybrid battery, call Fraser!

        Well worth the journey from Durham to get my hybrid cells changed to full capacity cells when my yaris hybrid system light came on, saving lots of money on a full new hybrid battery. Fraser was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process. Thank you! :)
