        Austen & Blake (Glasgow) have been amazing. Before proposing, I had done a lot of research around engagement rings, diamonds etc and couldnt find one that matched what I was looking for. Austen & Blake were able to make a ring to the custom specifications I wanted and deliver it quickly - and more affordable than similar rings I had looked into elsewhere! But despite their affordable price, the quality is spot on. The sales consultant who supported me (S) went above and beyond to help me match the right diamond with the right setting and metal. There was no point where I felt as though I was being upsold, and the advice was genuine. Austen & Blake customer service is exceptional, and S spent a lot of time with me to get the engagement ring right. My experience was so good my fianc and I recently went back to meet S in Austen & Blake Glasgow to buy our wedding rings. Again, the service, quality and price we received was second to none. This is the first review Ive ever posted for a retailer, so I wouldnt do it if I wasnt so impressed. Ill recommend Austen & Blake to everyone looking to buy engagement or wedding rings moving forward.
