I had seen an ad on facebook for half price consultation, i was in so much pain i thought i will give it a go, so glad i did. After the consultation natalie offered some acupunture and deep tissue massage. What a difference this made, within a short period of time i was able to walk up the stairs to the clinic with very little pain (lift available if needed). High recommend, very professional , reasonably priced and most important very effective.

Andy went above what was expected during my treatment. He fully explained the path we were going to take to achieve our goal. He also gave me access to a mobile app, which Im still using, would recommend to anyone experiencing back issues.

Well after reading all of the 5 star reviews already before booking with central therapy, I'm delighted to be adding my own 5 star review! Chris is an actual wizard that works unspeakable magic through manual therapy, and a custom made exercise programme! I went to Chris after already booking with various others (osteopath and chiropractor), and although I saw some improvement through these practices I really clearly needed physio to properly rehabilitate. Where others offered me a "quick fix" that never actually fully fixed my back pain, Chris offered and explained an in depth programme over the space of ten weeks that would help resolve my pain, and strengthen the weakened muscles. I went to him feeling quite hopeless and wondering if I'd ever be pain free again, I've just completed my final session - and guess what? Pain free! Businesses like this really truly deserve all the praise they receive. If you're suffering from lower back pain I really can't encourage you enough to go ahead and book a consultation, it's been utterly life changing for me. Thanks Chris!
