    Before my first session with Natalia, I had always been a bit skeptical about therapy. While I thought it might feel good to talk about my problems and get things off my chest, I wasn't sure how much it would actually help me in the long run. However, after just one session with her, I realised how wrong I was. From the start, Natalia made me feel comfortable and safe to share my thoughts, emotions, and experiences. She listened to me intently, without judgement, and asked me questions that made me reflect on my behaviour, thoughts, and emotions. Empathy is always in the background of every conversation we make, but it is her insightful, logical questions that prompt my reflection that I value the most. Through our conversations, I learned how to look at my problems from different perspectives, and how to accept my perfectionism, anxiety, and mood fluctuations. As our sessions go on, I could recognise how much Natalia has helped me gain a better understanding of my own thought processes. By being aware of my patterns and tendencies, I was able to change my behaviour in a way that was more aligned with my values, beliefs, and goals. She also helped me identify the negative self-talk that was holding me back, and we are working on ways to challenge and reframe those thoughts. One of the most helpful things Natalia did was teach me how to face my perfectionism, rather than being suppressed and anxious about them. For years, I had been overwhelmed by my emotions and compulsion - that I am not good enough, and that I have to be perfect. However, through our sessions, I learned how to acknowledge and accept these thoughts and emotions, and how to deal with them in a healthy way. This has been life-changing for me because it has helped me gain emotional stability, which has translated to a more fulfilling personal and professional life. Finally, I can confidently say that therapy sessions with Natalia have been greatly helpful in terms of my mental and emotional stability.     Natalia is a very professional therapist one of the best Ive came across, she is very caring & compassionate person in her line off work. Natalia is a great listener, extremely patient and a very warm and kind person whom puts you to ease straight away. I got in touch with Natalia to see if she could help me with my anxiety as my last option was medication from the doctor and to be honest it wasnt a route I wanted to go down but I can honestly truthfully say Natalia has helped me more than shell know and the therapy didnt feel like sessions but talking to a life long friend.

I cant be thankful enough to her, after every conversation I feel physically lighter, she shows great compassion and is incredibly understanding and has givin me the tools that I need to be more positive in myself.
