        Following second op. to remove cateract, I attended Braehead opticians for 1st. post-op. exam. A superb detailed examination, really extensive & I was kept fully informed of what was happening & why, by the highly competent optometrist Ioana Mc Phee - thnk you Mrs. Mc Phee for providing a superb service. I will certainly return to Boots again following this experience. BOOTS OPTICIANS should be aware of such care & treatment beeing provided by their staff & value them accordingly.

        Very unhelpful, unfriendly and rude lady in receptionist she refused to put a new frame for me daughters glasses. visit was on 14.1.22 at 12.00
