        First class service from Boots. I went to Boots to get lenses replaced for my elderly mother, She was just out of hospital and recovering from pneumonia so rather weak. I took her new prescription to Boots to get the lenses in her glasses change. The dispensing optician explained that my mum really had to be their because they were varifocals and needed to measured on her face. When I explained the situation with regards my mum's health they immediately offered to come her house and measure her for her lenses. They even delivered them and fitted them when they were ready. It was a totally unexpected level of service and helped us out as a family enormously. Thank you!

        After purchasing new glasses n June 2022, found a fault in the leg last week. I called at Boots Glasgow fort and a new frame was immediately ordered. Within 2 days the new frame was in, I was booked in to have my lenses transferred. Thats what I call exceptional customer service. Thank you the team at Boots Opticians Glasgow Fort.

        Very friendly and helpful staff. Broke my glasses and they booked me in the next day for an appointment. Didn't take long for new glasses to arrive.

        I Got my eyes tested at Boots Glasgow fort and as usual was greeted by Kirsten who is very welcoming .she gave me info regarding an OCT eye scan which is a 3D scan which can help detect underlying conditions including diabetes,glaucoma,macular holes etc .I decided to go ahead and have this scan which is non-invasive and quick .and then Gillian my optician gave me the results of my eye test and showed me the scan results and was very informative and answered all my questions ..my results were all good thankfully .this test was a one off payment of 25 and so worth it .. Thanks to Linda who helped me pick my frames(as always)she gets to know what you like and dont like and then we takes it from there . I took out the insurance for my glasses as I am always leaving them about and accidentally breaking them ..so its well worth it for peace of mind .thanks also to Ashley who phoned and booked me in quickly for the collection of my glasses they are a great team and wouldnt go anywhere else for my eye testsmy husband and daughter attend Boots opticians at Glasgow fort too and rate them highly well done all..A++++
