Hotter Shoes Glasgow

Shoes are much better bought in store, if quality staff are available to advise and assist. This place provides excellent service from staff who are attentive, knowledgeable and have a genuine interest in finding shoes which are comfortable, stylish, and fit for purpose. When I visited, the shop was extremely busy - but the efficient staff remained calm, smiling and helpful. Although staff were working non-stop, there was no sense of rush or hurry. I selected 4 pairs of shoes for the family. Harry, Christopher and Eleanor were so helpful - nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. A slight ordering glitch (no fault, just 'one of these things') resulted in the staff doing everything they could to put things right. You won't get this service online - a visit to this shop is highly recommended.

A fantastic little shop! Great selection of shoes and even better staff to accompany you if needed. Elliott was attentive, caring and efficient. He had a brilliant attitude and a likeable personality which made the experience all the more enjoyable.

Great shopping experience, not rushed and Harry from the Buchanan Galleries shop was extremely helpful and very patient, making sure I was happy with my purchases.

Visited this shop and met the most wonderful people serving, they were Elliott, Emma and Eleanor. All were so friendly and attentive during our visit. They are all great ambassadors for the company.
