Just finalised purchasing my used Mini Countryman from Graeme at mini Douglas park and from start to finish the transaction was seamless. Graeme went above and beyond to find a car for me that suited all of my requirements, and also within my budget. He was knowledgeable about the car and made me feel very at ease, which definitely shaped the fact that I bought the car at this particular showroom. In the past I had a bad experience at this showroom and it was all down to customer care- Graeme definitely changed my perception and I will 100% visit again when I buy my next car. Made a telephone enquiry about a copper s on Motabillity initially and made an appointment with John for the next day. Upon arrival I was very impressed with the showroom and it was easy to get to and the access is very good. John introduced himself and offers us a coffee we then discussed my requirements and we went on a test drive john was very friendly and very knowledgeable noting was a problem he spent time with me making sure was completely happy with the car etc overall I am very happy with my experience at this dealership everything was perfect and I cant Rate this dealership highly enough well worth going. Exceptional service from this dealership cant wait to get my coopers s now thanks guys for making my experience such a great one

Amazing service from start to finish! Great experience, no hard sell simply there to support and help with any questions. Exceptional knowledge and made purchase very easy. Fantastic when collecting, took time to explain everything in detail. Special mention to John and Chris. Would highly recommend.

I recently purchased my first Mini and I am delighted with the overall experience. The Customer Service and knowledge Fes provided was excellent. I would also like to give a mention to Yasmin and Lisa for their help and expertise on collection day.
